Project overview

Renting a home can be a complex and stressful process, and users often face several pain points when trying to find and secure a rental property. Some of the most common pain points found during this project includes:

• Inadequate Property Listings

• Limited Availability

• Lack of Flexible Leasing Options

From the initial usability studies, users wanted to browse properties based on their precise needs, including short-term and long-term leasing options. Other property listings lacked essential information such as what kind of amenities were included. In other competitive markets, availability was often an issue.

Discover Homes aims to provide comfortable, high quality and luxurious real estate for all rental needs. From finding the perfect home that fits in your budget, to getting your rental property set up for others.
